Inside Channel 4 – 2017

Training programme run in partnership with Channel 4 TV supported by Creative Skillset. The programme aimed to give the participants an inside track knowledge of the workings of Channel 4, to develop projects designed for the Channel and to pitch the projects directly to Channel 4 commissioning editors.

The programme was held over two workshops – the first at BAFTA & Channel 4 which was about project development and pitching with industry professionals including disabled producer Ewan Marshall and John Farrar from NERD TV and the second workshop at Channel 4 which was all about pitching directly to Channel 4.

Twelve outstanding disabled participants pitched brilliantly to Channel 4 Commissioning Editors including Thom Gulvesen – All 4, Rachel Springett – Comedy and Rita Daniels – Documentary.
