Neurodiverse – Different Voices – 2017
Training programme building on our experience of developing the feature film Dawn of the Dark Fox – the first feature film to be directed by an autistic filmmaker. The programme was run in partnership with Biggerhouse Films in Bristol and supported by Creative Skillset.
The programme worked with 11 neurodiverse film talents from Bristol and the South West who all made a short film over the course of the programme. We were delighted that 5 of the short films were selected to screen in the Edinburgh Film Festival 2017. An amazing achievement and we are keen to continue to work with this group of filmmakers, with the magnificent Biggerhouse team and to develop our work with Neurodiverse talent. We also delivered workshops on animation, green screen techniques, and puppeteering as well as making the short films.
